DESCRIPTION
La série LM138 de régulateurs de tension positifs réglables à 3 bornes est capable de fournir plus de 5 A sur une plage de sortie de 1,2 V à 32 V.Ils sont exceptionnellement faciles à utiliser et ne nécessitent que 2 résistances pour régler la tension de sortie.La conception soignée des circuits a permis d'obtenir une régulation de charge et de ligne exceptionnelle, comparable à de nombreuses alimentations commerciales.La famille LM138 est fournie dans un boîtier de transistor standard à 3 fils.
