EconoPACK + D-séries 1700 V, 500 module du sixpack IGBT d'A avec le fossé/Fieldstop IGBT4, émetteur augmenté ont commandé la diode et le NTC. En outre disponible avec le matériel thermique pré-appliqué d'interface.
Par le changement au FS500R17OED_B81 protégé par notre technologie de H2S, le module d'IGBT montre l'absence de croissance du cuivre-sulfure (Cu2S) cristalline par rapport au module standard. En conséquence, une vie de 20 ans sous la limite supérieure « du niveau de sévérité de G3 » selon AIS 71,04 peut être calculée.
