CMS32F030 la série MCU est un MCU de base lancé par Cmsemicon a basé sur l'ARM Cortex M0, avec une fréquence principale de 48MHz, tension locale de 1.8V 5.5V, 32KB l'éclair, 4KB SRAM, jusqu' 30 GPIOs, PWM augmenté, 12bit haute précision CDA ; UART, SPI, I2C.
